Course Registration Forms

For degree-seeking students, registration for WSC courses takes place online through Populi, WSC’s Student Information System. Returning-student registration for Summer and Fall courses takes place during registration week in April, and for Winter and Spring courses, during registration week in November. New students will receive registration instructions by email approximately a month before their registration deadlines (July 1st for Summer/Fall and December 1st for Winter/Spring). Please check the Academic Calendar for current information and upcoming deadlines for both registration and payment.

  • Add/Drop Request This form is for use by degree-seeking students making registration changes outside the two registration weeks. Fee applies to requests submitted after tuition has been invoiced (approximately one month before the beginning of each term). Instructor permission is required to add a course after it begins. When dropping a course, please take note of the relevant deadlines in the Academic Calendar as well as the tuition refund schedule in the Academic Catalogue (under Financial Information).
