Convocation Schedule

Mar 18–22: Continuing Student Registration for Fall
Jul 1: New Student Registration & Enrollment Deposit due
Sep 3–4: New Student Orientation for all incoming students
Sep 3: English Bible Exam (2:00 pm; required of all new students)
Sep 5: Classes begin
Sep 20: Final day to drop without authorization
Oct 25: Final day to drop without academic penalty
Nov 4–8: Registration for Winter term & Spring semester, continuing students
Nov 28–29: Thanksgiving holiday; WSC closed
Dec 6: Classes end; papers due at 10:00 am
Dec 7–11: Reading period
Dec 12–19: Final exams
Jan 16, 2025: Grades due to Registrar

Nov 4–8, 2024: Continuing Student Registration for Winter & Spring
