As is true in every generation, the fundamental problems facing our society are spiritual in nature. Unconverted people will produce a culture that is opposed to our Creator. Moreover, believers who have temporarily lost their zeal for Christ will not be effective ambassadors of Him. As a result, people will not hear the gospel, God’s Word will not be applied to all of life, and the culture will remain darkened.
