Admissions Timeline & Fees

Please note that WSC offers a rolling admissions process that accepts applications up to the start date for each academic term and there is no specific application deadline. However, financial aid is offered on a priority basis to admitted students beginning April 1st of each year, so students are encouraged to apply in advance. Admissions Timeline for Winter/Spring 2012 Applicants

October 1:	Recommended submission of Application for Admission (this is a recomended date only, not a deadline)
Nov 1:	Recommended submission of WSC Application for Financial Aid and FAFSA
Dec 1:	First phase financial aid award letters sent to all admitted students who submitted financial aid paper work
Nov 1-Feb 1	Federal Loan applications can be completed
Mid-November:	Registration materials sent to all new admitted students
December 10:	Registration and Tuition Deposit of $100 due from all new admitted students
January 3:	Greek Placement Exam; Hebrew available by appointment with OT faculty
January 3:	Winter term begins
January 9:	English Bible Exam-3:00 PM
February 6:	New Student Orientation
February 7:	Spring term begins

March 15:	Recommended submission of Application for Admission (this is a recomended date only, not a deadline)
April 1:	Recommended submission of WSC Application for Financial Aid and FAFSA
May 1:	First phase financial aid award letters sent to all admitted students who submitted financial aid paper work
May 1-Sept 1:	Federal Loan applications can be completed
Early-June:	Registration materials sent to all new admitted students
July 1:	Registration and Enrollment Deposit of $100 due for new summer/fall students
July 23:	Greek Placement Exam-9:00 AM
July 24:	Greek I begins
Aug. 28:	Language Placement Exams: Greek-9:00 AM Hebrew-by appointment with OT faculty
Aug. 29:	New Student Orientation & Reception
Aug. 30:	Fall semester begins
Sept. 10:	English Bible Exam-3:00 PM
