Admissions Timeline & Fees

Please note that WSC offers a rolling admissions process that accepts applications up to the start date for each academic term and there is no specific application deadline. However, financial aid is offered on a priority basis to admitted students beginning April 1st of each year, so students are encouraged to apply in advance. Admissions Timeline for Summer/Fall 2013 Applicants

March 15:	Recommended submission of Application for Admission (this is a recomended date only, not a deadline, applications are accepted until Sept. 1, 2013)
April 1:	Recommended submission of WSC Application for Financial Aid and FAFSA. Applications will be reviwed until September 1, 2013.
Apr. 15-May 1:	Financial aid award letters sent to all admitted students who submitted financial aid paper work
May 1-Sept 1:	Federal Loan applications can be completed
June 1:	Registration materials sent to all new admitted students
July 1:	Registration and Enrollment Deposit of $100 due for new summer/fall students
July 29:	Greek Placement Exam-9:00 AM
July 30:	Greek I begins
Sept. 3:	Language Placement Exams: Greek-9:00 AM Hebrew-by appointment with OT faculty
Sept. 4:	New Student Orientation & Reception
Sept. 5:	Fall semester begins
Sept. 16:	English Bible Exam-3:00 PM

October 1:	Recommended submission of Application for Admission (this is a recomended date only, not a deadline)
Nov 1:	Recommended submission of WSC Application for Financial Aid and FAFSA
Dec 1:	First phase financial aid award letters sent to all admitted students who submitted financial aid paper work
Nov 1-Feb 1	Federal Loan applications can be completed
Mid-Nov:	Registration materials sent to all new admitted students
Dec. 16:	Registration and Tuition Deposit of $100 due from all new admitted students
Jan. 6:	Greek Placement Exam; Hebrew available by appointment with OT faculty
Jan. 7:	Winter term begins
Jan. 13:	English Bible Exam-3:00 PM
Feb. 10:	New Student Orientation
Feb 11:	Spring term begins
