Following each semester a student receives a copy of an unofficial transcript.
Any discrepancy between the transcript and the student’s personal record must be
brought to the attention of the Registrar in writing. Students have a period of
four months from the day that grades are issued to question or challenge the
grades recorded on their transcripts. After the four-month period grades will be
final and permanent. |
